Dr. Chuck has been a practicing eye surgeon since 1983 and has performed thousands of cataract and refractive procedures. He has continued to strive to apply the latest technology to treat ophthalmic conditions.
He received his undergraduate education at Brown University, Rhode Island, and received his medical degree from the same institution. He completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the renowned USC Doheney Eye Institute in Los Angeles, California. He currently serves as a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Ophthalmology, USC Doheney Eye Institute.
Dr. Chuck is board certified by the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. He has served as Chief of Staff of the Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center and has been on the board of many medical associations. Dr. Chuck's accomplishments and background have earned him recognition in the prestigious “Who's who” in America.
